If you received a subpoena
to testify as a witness for Grand Jury
held at Conference Room C of the County
Services Building, Conference Room C
and the offices of the Seneca County
Prosecuting Attorney and the Seneca County
Victim Assistance Program can be located
as follows:
From the North (Toledo,
Fremont)
Take State Rte. 20 to State
Rte. 53 South.
Enter Tiffin and turn left at North Washington
Street (2nd stop light in Tiffin from
North)
Continue South, travel across the Washington
Street Bridge until you reach the intersection
of East Perry Street and South Washington
Street.
County Services Building is on your left,
parking is located along South Washington
Street, on Court Street just past the
building, or in a parking lots across
the street from or next to the County
Services Building.
From the South (Columbus,
Upper Sandusky)
Take U.S. Rte. 23 North
to Exit for State Rte. 53 North.
Turn right off Exit ramp and travel North
on State Rte. 53.
Enter Tiffin and turn right at West Market
Street (State Rte. 18 East), a one-way
street.
Continue East, travel across the Market
Street Bridge until you reach the intersection
of South Washington Street and East Market
Street.
Turn left on South Washington Street
and County Services Building is on your
right, past Court Street.
Parking is located along South Washington
Street, Court Street, or in the parking
lots across the street from or next to
the County Services Building.
From the East (Cleveland,
Norwalk)
Take I-80/90 (Ohio Turnpike)
West to Exit 6A (State Rte. 4)
Turn right and travel South on State
Rte. 4 to State Rte. 162
Turn right and travel West to the Village
of Republic
Keep traveling West through Republic
as State Rte. 162 becomes State Rte.
18 West
Enter Tiffin on State Rte. 18, travel
across railroad tracks and turn right,
following State Rte. 18 signs (East Perry
Street), a one-way street.
Continue West on East Perry Street in
the left lane and drive past the intersection
of East Perry Street and Jefferson Street.
Turn left into County Services Building
parking lot, which has brick posts and
a brick wall with a maroon color surrounding
it located past the Elks Club and a midblock
alley.
From the West (Findlay,
Dayton)
Take I-75 North to Exit
157 in Findlay, turn right and travel
East on W. Main Cross.
Turn left on S. Main Street and travel
North through downtown Findlay.
Turn right at Center Street (U.S. 224)
and follow U.S. 224 signs on Tiffin Ave.
Travel out of Findlay heading East on
U.S. 224 to Tiffin
Enter Tiffin by continuing East on State
Rte. 18 (go straight through intersection
of U.S. 224 and State Rte. 18, continuing
East on St. Rte. 18).
Continue on State Rte. 18 East (West
Market Street), crossing St. Rte. 53,
and travel across the Market Street Bridge
until you reach the intersection of South
Washington Street and East Market St.
(2nd intersection after bridge)
Turn left on South Washington Street
and County Services Building is on your
right, past Court Street.
Parking is located along
South Washington Street, Court Street,
or in the parking lot across the street
from or next to the County Services Building.
Witness for Felony Trial/Civil Case
If you received a subpoena to testify
on behalf of the State of Ohio as a witness for a felony trial or in a civil case at Seneca
County Common Pleas Court before Judge
Shuff (2nd Floor Courtroom) or Judge Kelbley (3rd Floor Courtroom), follow the driving
directions listed above to downtown Tiffin
and enter the County Annex Building,
117 East Market Street, Tiffin located
on the Courthouse Square (orange brick
building shown periodically at the top of this page) and check-in at the Clerk of Court's Office on the first floor, the first door on your right, once you have received security clearance in the lobby.
Witness for Juvenile Court
If you received a subpoena
to testify on behalf of the State of Ohio as a witness at Juvenile Court
before Judge Kutscher, follow the driving
directions listed above to downtown Tiffin
and enter the Juvenile & Probate
Court Building, 108 Jefferson Street,
Tiffin located at the corner of Jefferson
Street and East Market Street (maroon
brick building with United States flag and Ohio flag outside shown periodically at the top of this
page) and check-in at the clerk's window at the top of the stairs.

for all 3 buildings (County Services
Building, County Annex Building, Juvenile & Probate
Court) is located along South Washington
Street, East Market Street, Jefferson
Street, and Court Street and long-term
parking near each building is located
in 4 city/county parking lots within
a one block walking distance in downtown
Tiffin.
