TIFFIN- A Tiffin man’s life sentence was upheld on appeal this week following a re-trial in Seneca County Common Pleas Court last October for 3 counts of sexually assaulting a child under the age of 13, according to Seneca County Prosecutor Ken Egbert, Jr.
